How to join files downloaded in parts ?

You downloaded software in parts out of those parts. All parts contain extension .z01, .z01, z03, ... and one part contains the extension .zip.

All these files are in compressed zip format. To uncompress these files you need Winzip software. If your system does not contain winzip software please download and install Winzip software first. To download winzip software please click on the link given below:

After installing Winzip right click on the file with .zip extension (one among the downloaded files) and click Winzip->"extract to here" option. Then it will create a folder that contains the complete software.

After performing above specified steps double click on Setup.exe file present in chitrankan folder. It will start installation of chitrankan software in your system. Follow the instructions during the installation.

How to convert text to UNICODE ?

Problem: At the time of installation of Chitrankan it is giving error Chitrankan.ini file not found or missing.

Solution: Copy Chitrankan.ini file from the Chitrankan folder and paste it in root drive of system in which your folder is present e.g. c-drive or d-drive.

Problem: At the time of installation it needs serial number.

Solution: Serial number for the Akruti multifont engine is given in the installation instructions. It is AKMFENGINE.
